My experience with Right Toyota was spectacular. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted starting out, so I met with Jerry. He gave me a few concise explanations on various topics then allowed me to test drive the vehicles I was interested in. After I finished driving it, I became interested in the 2014 Tacoma. Jerry took me through its various features and I decided with confidence that I wanted to buy one. When going through the financing portion of the process, I met with Kent. He was not only very friendly and personable, but he also got me a great interest rate for the financing option I chose. In the end, I drove away exceptionally satisfied.

Brian was great and easy to deal with. I was told to go see him from my sister and brother in law who have bought 5 cars from Brian. I ask one of my friends about Toyota Trucks and he said go see Brian at Right Toyota. I was familiar with the dealership because the company i work for deals with Right Honda and we buy there used oil and wanted a truck so many people told me to go to Right Toyota.

Favio worked with Danny and my dad to help me during a personally difficult time obtain a beautiful car to keep me and my girls safe and be in it for the long haul.



RC was super as well, helping with the explanations to my 11-year old on credit scores and finance options, with my dad reading word for word the legalize, and with me sharing all upsales but seeming to be Ok with my only agreeing to the extended warranty.



From start to finish Sunday through Tuesday we truly could not have been more pleased with the customer service.

It was a good first time car buying experience for myself and my fiance. Jason was very helpful and very honest with us. He made it clear that his job wasn't to sell us a car. It was to help us find a car we loved. He did a great job and had great patience with us as we asked many questions and looked quite a bit at different models, colors, drive trains etc.

Jared was helpful in getting me out of my current Toyota and into a car I was happier with. I was pleased with the deal.

The interaction I had with Mike Perez was the catalyst for this transaction. I was negotiating over the Internet with another dealer who asked if he could respond a couple days later. Mike responded in about 15 minutes with

specifications on a great car at only $250/mo for 36 months with only $3k down. It was an amazingly fast and desireable interaction between Mike and I. He then finished the deal yesterday morning in about a hour and we were out the door. I

know the guy from the other dealer is going to call me because he doubted your numbers and ability to perform so I will let him know. You definitely have a customer for the next deal. I have mentioned this deal to about five people

already because my wife and I were very impressed with the entire transaction.

I bought my previous car, 2009 Corolla, from Right and was happy with staff and service. Jared did an excellent job with answering questions and providing information during my latest lease.

I never thought getting a brand new car could be so fun. From the greeting, to the test drive, and hilarious negotiation, my wife and I could be be more pleased. Even though when we arrived, we really weren't completely ready to make the jump, we didn't feel pressured into the sale. They were extremely informative and allowed us to discuss with each other (for hours, literally, thank you for being so patient.) our decision. Everyone we had an interaction with, even the people that were just walking by took the time to say hello. My wife and I will not buy from ANYONE unless we feel 100% certain that it is the the absolute best decision for us.

Al was amazing to work with. From the moment we walked into the dealership he worked with us to meet our needs and give us a great experience. The process was very fast - just over two hours from the time we walked in to the time we drove away in a new vehicle. The sales manager and finance manager were also wonderful to work with.

Mr. French contacted me in response to my on-line search for an estimate of the trade-in value of my 2010 Toyota Prius that I bought certified/used at Right Toyota a year ago. After several phone conversations and one in-person visit to the dealership during which Mr. French inspected my vehicle, asked about my budget, vehicle needs & preferences he came up with detailed information about Right Toyota's current inventory of used and new Prius's. Within 4 days of my initial internet search, Mr. French provided sufficient information for me to compare, contrast, and decide to trade-in my 2010 Prius for a new 2014 Prius.

It was a painless experience from start to finish.

Was told 1 thing and done another. Was told all after modifications done would be put towards my new buy.

Experience was a good one. Ed was easy to work with. I had done a lot of research ahead of time and had an appointment set with him, as well as other dealers in the valley. Price we settled on seemed fair. Happy with the vehicle. Nick Sharma in finance was fantastic. He made sure I was well informed on lease vs. purchase pros and cons, went over the deal in ways I understood, and was very personable as well. However, at one point, his manager came in, and was one of the rudest people I have run across in a LONG time. He was mean and condescending to Nick in front of us, and was just a jerk overall. Apparently he felt Nick was taking too long with us (which he wasn't- we were in and out of the finance part in under 40 minutes), and his frustrations were apparent. Seemed like he wanted to be able to go home... If I was Nick, I would lodge a complaint for the way he was spoken to, and as a customer, I didn't appreciate his rudeness or barging in and filling the air with tension. This was the only part of my experience that marred it and I would mark exceptional because Ed and Nick were great, but this one guy ruined it, so very good is as good as it gets.
