Oregano Pizza Bistro

We have had dinner at Oregano's all over the valley in Arizona for years, one of my favorite restaurants. I've had dinner at Oregano's in several locations: 7215 E Shea Blvd Scottsdale, AZ; 523 W University Dr, Tempe, AZ location by ASU; 1475 W Elliot Rd; 1130 S Dobson Rd, Mesa, AZ location by MCC; 1960 W Germann Rd, Chandler, AZ. This past Friday night (September 14, 2018) my fiance and I worked late that evening so we thought we'd stop by around 8pm that evening for a quick dinner at the1960 W Germann Rd, Chandler, AZ location closest to our home in the Ocotillo area. We ordered our drinks, a Pablo Picasso Salad and a 16" Margherita Pizza. We watched one couple walk-in sit at the bar after us, they received their drinks immediately. Fifteen minutes later no drinks, we watched another couple walk-in sit at the bar and again their drinks were in front of them within a few minutes, it's now 20 minutes after we have ordered ours. The first part of our meal had been served, we were half way through our meal and our drinks were finally made by the bartender. Unfortunately, my waiter made a mistake he order my drink wrong, he went over to the bartender to explain his error and the bartender yelled at him. It's now 30 minutes after we ordered our drinks and meal, my fiance went up to the bartender and politely asked if he could make my drink and that we've been waiting for 30 mins and we are half way through our meal, the bartender said, "I'll make it when I have time." Both my fiance and I worked in the hospitality business for about 10 years, I was appalled by the attitude of this bartender. I was extremely upset I literally went to the bar to pickup my drink at the service area myself, the manager came over and apologized. We always spend around $70 plus in these restaurants several times a month. It seemed the bar was definitely understaffed and this will happen at times. Very disappointed.
