Eyecare Plus Scottsdale

Dr is great but staff is not. Won't go back to this office. Loyalty means nothing to this place. Have been a customer for years and have noticed if you don't buy your contacts or glasses from them (at inflated prices) they treat you like crap. I called to schedule an appointment and asked if I could get a pair of contacts to get me by until the appointment. I was put on hold and told oh I see you don't buy your contacts from us. I advised I would buy a pair from them. I was then told my prescription was expired by a month and they would be unable to honor my request. I was calling to schedule an appointment!? I explained to the woman on the phone that I just needed to see. I explained in the past they have given me testers to get me by in similar situations. The woman on the phone had no response to this. I had to say hello. By this point it was obvious they had no intentions of helping me. I called another doctor in my area and explained the situation. They gave me a pair of testers for free that day and scheduled by appointment. It's a shame that eye care plus had to treat me like this. Customer service Failure has lost them a long time customer
