Agate Steel is an Arizona-based manufacture of pre-engineered metal buildings. Its services include fabrication, steel sales and construction. At its steel sales yard, it has a large inventory of angle, channel, plate, beam, pipe, tube and more. It also carries a complete supply of metal roofing, siding, C and Z purlins and components, as well as a huge selection of structural grade used oil field pipe and sucker rod. One of its other products is flightline airline canopies that are designed to withstand wind speeds of 75 mph and greater. Other products include general commercial and industrial contracting and power and chemical plants. Agate Steel is licensed in California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and Guam. Some of its clients include Bechel, Flour/Daniel, Zachry, Shaw, Parsons, Sargent Lundy, Stone Webster, Black & Veach and NEPCO. It has facilities on the Salt-River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community East of Phoenix, Ariz.
