The Jim

If I could give them zero stars, I would.



I reserved a bus through "The Jim" 2 months in advance, in which I paid 100 dollars(in check form) to hold the reservation. Once the bus arrived to pick up my party I would have paid the remaining amount of 100 dollars and tip the driver as I saw fit. However, the bus never showed up. 30 min after the bus should have arrived I was on the phone with a bus driver who was telling me that I had been "canceled out" as of last week and my bus was going to a different bar in town. Well, I had 24 girls, dressed up, and waiting on this bus to drive us to bars throughout town...not to mention, I had decorated the bus just 4 hours ago with streamers and balloons for my occasion. Long story short, I frantically called another party bus, Al at Dream Come True Limo, who selflessly dropped his personal plans, and immediately picked us up.



He is a lifesaver.



I have contacted "The Jim" in hopes of getting reimbursement for my balloons, streams, noisemakers, and cups that were on the bus that I never got. Not to mention my 100 dollar down payment. All in all, DO NOT RENT A BUS FROM THE JIM.
