Schertz Funeral Home

I lost my mother this month and my iexperience with the Schertz Funeral Home was nothing but kindness, compassion and professional. I preplanned about 18 months ago and my advisor was so helpful and the recent staff took care of everything for me. Reverend Joe Walt's was better than the recommendation. Everyone came out saying they would want them when it came their time. At a really tough time they made it so much easier.

We met with Issac to make arrangements for the death of my mother. He was in a hurry and while the door was closed a lady knocked and interrupted without an apology . It was a cold and unfriendly place, the impression was Issac had more important families and he was in a hurry to rush us out, without explaining in in a gentle manner with a family who just lost our mother . I would never recommend Schertz Funeral home and I have lived in the Schertz area for 32 years. So sad that people in the funeral home lack an important skill as being respectful and kind during the most difficult time in a families life.
