Riedel's Apartments

Do NOT live here. Ever since the man who used to run this place died, it has been going downhill. The floors in ALL the second story apartments squeak all over the place. The maintence man was great until he quit and there hasn't been a maintence man in at least 4 months. I had mold in my bathroom and they just painted over it. My a/c doesn't cool down the apartment right, but I was told to my face that until it is completely broken they would not fix it. It was so bad during the summer it was always above 80 degrees during the day and my electric bill was over $200. My oven doesn't work right, and both drains in my bathroom are broken.The people here are very noisy and don't really have consideration for others when it is late at night. People are constantly speeding through the parking lot. Also, I have stepped on sharp objects in the parking lot, luckily I had on thick shoes. Don't walk away from this place, RUN!
