New owners now! Service has got so bad. One woman pushes facals.. and I kept saying no. Rushes though my pedi. I didnt get any relaxation! I use to get my massages there. My favorite massage therapist isnt there anymore.The one employee told me they got rid of her!!! All new faces. Employees dont seem happy! CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO FIND KELLY THE MASSAGE THERAPIST? She was the best. I wish I knew she was leaving. I would have got her number. I tried the new person and it wasnt good. Hoping someone might know. It is hard to find a good massage therapist. Thank u!!

My pedicure is amazing. Chris is the best, not only did he take extra time to make sure my pedicure was the best, he was funny and witty. He took the time to engage and laugh with us. Highly recommend this place. Love the atmosphere.

Visiting daughter and needed to get a pedi. The prices were good and the service was too. The polish got messed up and needed a touch up before walking out. They did it with a smile. The complimentary neck massage was nice! Will go back.

This place is as good as it gets for affordable luxury. Is it the cheapest, heck no- but you do get that discount point from their reward card which is pretty good if you are a regular

They are always so accommodating and they treat you like family. They always are good with time management, booking appointments are always the best but if you must walk in, they will always try to find a way to serve you then.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! First off, all of you people saying this place is SO CLEAN when it's the dirtiest nail salon i have EVER been in! There's dust all on the floor and walls and dirty old shoes next to one of the chairs!! I got a solar set there and the place was so dirty that there was random black strings that got into the set!! The guy did such a bad job that my nails started pulling off the next day. He also managed to cut my fingers multiple times because he was so careless. After the nails came off, I noticed blood under one of my nails. I ended up having to get my ACTUAL nail COMPLETELY REMOVED by my doctor!! I have pictures to prove it , too. Oh yeah, and the workers were VERY RUDE!!! If this allowed me to give no stars, I would! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

nail lounge is very clean. staff is very respectful and courteous. chris does my toes and my nails all the time. i recomend this salon to anyone who wants clean and honesty

I have been here since they open back in 2010 and it was always a great experience here with the manager and staff. They have been more than just a salon, I have make some friends here too, The staff know me ! I feel like its a family

They call my name when I walk in the door, even recognize my voice on the phone

seen me when i was engaged , I have my bridal party here for my wedding, celebrate my birthday , when I am pregnant now I have a beautiful son who I bring here on occasion. Its so great. I love to see a business who is appreciate their loyal customer and I owe them this review so here it is !!

I have refer many friends over for very simple reason, they are the best, I like the relaxing atmosphere, I usually stick to one nail tech but I have try all of them when the manager recommend me in case my nail tech is book up and so far great experience every time

I am very rough with my nails , I abused them !! They dont break often since I got them done here but when i do, they fix it for free! ( there more than once i offer to pay but they refuse)

For my pedicure, I always love a long foot massage, I mean who doesnt?? Chris or Tony is my go to guy, omg you gotta try them, they do gggggggreat reflexology massage.

One thing I dont like about is there are no parking out sometime, you gotta park further down to come in but who cares it's all worth it

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They cut my feet up, They burned my feet with the water, and while getting my so called "Massage" while getting my pedicure, the lady was on the phone and only using one hand. I then paid after getting my Mani Pedi and was waiting on a friend to be done with her nails. THe manager, who did nothing but walk around with ear phones in charged me the wrong price but didn't realize it till 15 minuets later while I was sitting there. He then demanded I pay the extra $8, which then magically turned into $58, then $53, then $23. He was the rudest most un professional man I have ever met. He refused to listen to me and called me "Honey" inappropriately when I was disagreeing with him. The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. DO NOT GO HERE. Nail Passion Spa on 3009 or anywhere else is much better. These people may get you with the free drinks but they treat you like crap. They over charge and then start to talk crap about you to customers when you are still in the store, telling them how "we were not going pay to for the mistake we made, they were" (talking about us). If you want a good mani or pedi, save your money. They are rude and the manager deserves to get fired.

The service can't be beat! The salon is clean and the Techs know what they are doing. I've been a customer for 2years. Try it you won't be disappointed! Anna is the best for pedis.

I had to come in for a fill while I was down here on vacation, and I was not impressed. They left my nails all bumpy and rough after they put the gel on, then they over charged me by $10. My manicurist kept telling me how horrible my eyebrows looked and told me several times that she needs to wax them. NOT OK!

Your spa never disappoints and I always leave with a smile, such good service + technicians, also your establishment is very CLEAN!

A+++ service! I felt the guy (his name is Chris by the way) was awesome! Very nice and detail oriented! I loved the way my nails came out. I had to get shellac due to my nail biting habit & I wash my hand too too much. I also got a pedi from the older woman and she was very precise. The salon was the CLEANEST salon I had ever been in. There isn't even dust on anything! It was very relaxing and professional. The prices for services rendered were affordable. This will be my permanent salon! Best salon in San Antonio!!!

I have been going to this place since it opened. It has gone down hill. Most staff could care less rush through pedi, did not offer drinks. Talk loud and laugh through out pedicure. I brought my grandmother in who because of age does not have the best feet it was very uncomfortable because they were talking and laughing and so obvious it was at her expense. They also cut my cuticle during manicure. My shellac has not been lasting and manager says he will fix for free but then charges me and says it is policy. I will never go back.

I'm very particular about where to go and get my nails done, I been going to this same nail Tek since 2003. Now that she's moving back to Vietnam , I gotta find another place. My niece recommend this lounge and oh my goodness, I love it. there are drinks, lots of choices of glitter powders( believe me, I'm a pink and white nail person since ) but I loveeeeeeeee it. The work is great, my nail would lasted 6 weeks no problem. Ken or Lam or Tom are the one I tried. They all great. This is THE place , they know what they're doing y'all !
