doesn't even deserve half of a star

And I am so upset by what happened at Fancy Faces today. We had taken my Schnoodle here once before and when she was done she looked fantastic! But this time I took my Shepherd as well and it was a complete disaster from the get go. The ladies really seemed to have no idea what was what. I dropped my dogs off at 12 and when I hadn't hear from anyone by 4 I called to see what was up. The woman who answered the phone said my shepherd was drying and my Schnoodle was being done. By 5:15 I decided to just go get my dogs. I was beyond upset to find out my shepherd was still completely soaked and that my Schnoodle hadn't been touched. My poor dogs who are 7 months and 9 months old sat in kennels for 5 and a half hours. I can promise you my dogs had NO water the whole time they were there. They sat at the water bowl for 5 minutes straight. So if you really adore and love your dogs don't take them here!!!!

i think you lie reason my dog stay one month over there and people are so nice they take care him like a family.when i go there to pick my dog he's playing outside also he always smells good and looks healthy for your information my dog was 80 pound one year old Golden retriver. i go lways there thank you fancey faces i give advise every one to go over there .also we dont have any rights to point anyone like this and using this kind of stuff remember there place so clean and store smeils nice and fresh.

This place should be shut down... They say they provide boarding and day care, I guess their idea of boarding and day care is leaving your pet in a small area to pee and poop all over themselves. They do not bother to take dogs out but once a day for a potty break (if even once)and your luck if your pet gets food or water during its visit. Please do not support this business. (This credit review would not let me post this with out a star rating, so I was forced to give it a star. Is deserves a negative star......)

Hi my opionion i had gone to them b4 had bad service now they have new groomers and under new managment i love it they are very nice,best groom i have ever got for all four of my dogs they look awsome!!!! ty and please dnt lissen too the lady who cant even maintain her pets grooms try for ur self they are amazing!!!and every day is some thing free no one else has everrrrrr offferd me that!!! ty fancy faces see u in 4weekz and thank u for the reminder calls helps me remember too schedule a appt....thankz saffie

Its sad how people who dont take care of there dogs and only clip them once a year want you to perform a miracle and make them look like a breed standard...it a 3 year old can do better then why do you keep going back...i have never had a problem there and they have always done an exellant job, unlike the crazy person thats complaining my dog gets groomed every 3 weeks, people get a life or take a class and groom your own dog... As for the ladys that work there, they are always very nice and I will continue going there.

I took my Westie in for grooming and the two rude women who work there shaved his back so that his skin shows through. Then they tried to tell me this was correct. Westie cuts are supposed to be very short but he has no hair and now I'm concerned he will sunburn. He has a rash from the clipping. They didn't cut him right the first time I took him here but since it was a local business I gave them another chance. They call your house trying to get you to come back in. I guess business is that bad. No small wonder. They are uninformed and argumentive. Not only will I not be back but I will let EVERYONE know how bad they groom and how extremely rude that they are. A three year old with clippers could do better!
