        I was trying to get glasses due to the fact that my current ones have a peeling coat. This scratching, peeling coat happened right after I had left the day before so it had to have happened while they were handling my glasses. These people had the nerve to tell me it was something I did and did not try to help me at all. The attitude of the woman who assisted me was snotty and I was displeased with her lack of care. Horrible service. After years of going there for glasses and contacts, I don't think I will ever go there again.

        Nice place bad service

        The customer service is very poor. The manager is not a people person she is loud and rude . The manager should be retrained. I will not be returning any time soon. The free drinks is just not worth the aggravation.
