Lia Nissan of Colonie

I recently moved up-state NY and needed an AWD for the winter, so I went to Lia Nissan of Colonie to test drive a Jeep that I saw online, however the jeep was already sold. So Robert Challacombe worked with me in finding different options and I test drive a few SUV. I had no intention of buy an SUV at that time, but the sales person was very patience with me and helped me find a great Nissan Pathfinder that was Certified pre-owned and offered a great deal for the Pathfinder. I am sure I could have found a similar SUV else where, but because Robert was so professional and provided excellent service, I bought the SUV on the spot.

I was for an oil change and NYS inspection.
I had these services completed previously at other service shops with less than favorable experience.
Sounds simple doesn't it....oil change.
Lia and service advisor Michael Sankar treated me very well and solved some issues of dripping oil after the task.
Peace of mind and good service. I spoke with another customer in the waiting room and they were just as satisfied as me.

I first went to Lia Nissan of Colonie 2 days after returning from a tour of duty in Iraq in 2007, specifically for a Nissan Altima. As of August 2018, I just leased 5th consecutive Nissan with the same branch. My first 4 vehicles were all Altima's, but this last time Michael Digioia helped me get the deal of a lifetime on a brand new Nissan Rogue. Mike also helped me secure my lowest payment ever on my previous lease in 2015. Lia Nissan values loyalty and after 11 years of business with them, I don't see how I'll ever choose a different dealership.

I have been leasing cars for over a decade but this was my first time leasing through Lia. They are amazing, efficient, and really look out for their customers to bring them the very best price. Loved the experience. This past weekend, I drove in without an appointment to see if I could get my oil changed. Not only did they fit me in, there were recalls I didn't know about that they took care of as well. And I didn't have to wait there for 2-3 hours while the work was being done, they dropped me off to go shopping, called me when the car was ready and picked me up! Lia is the quintessential of dealerships...I'd give them a 10 star rating if it was available!
