        I have hired Fred several times to work on my house and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is professional, very skilled, and has always been there when he said he would.

        You can't go wrong with Top To Bottom! As the other reviewer said; fast efficient and neat. Indoors, Ourdoors, or even gnomes Fred's a great guy who has been painting for 30 years and it shows!
