        I had a wonderful experience with Empire Overhead Doors. It started when I called and spoke with Vanessa for an estimate. She took extra time out of her day to talk to me about options. When I called back for pricing on an unit with battery backup, she immediately checked into it and called me right back with the price. I was sold after her great customer service and their price. On top of that, arrangements were made to get the openers installed on a day that fit my schedule.

        On the day of the install, Todd (owner) came out. I was scheduled between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. He arrived promptly at 10:30 am! Todd was very friendly and talkative. He didn't mind me hanging around a bit while he worked and we had some nice conversations. Todd spent extra time ensuring perfection and had to make a lot of adjustments. I appreciated the attention to detail.

        I highly recommend Empire Overhead Doors. They are a honest and hardworking small family-owned business. I would much rather give my money to a company like that. Thanks again Vanessa and Todd!!!

        I would like to thank this company for their integrity. They were prompt, patient with scheduling, delightful to work with and there were no worries. My door is beautiful and the workmanship plus on the job personality was professional. Thanks again!
