They came 30 minutes early, which was great. He was a very good driver and so nice. I will be using them again.

Electric city has came up far away Gary the owner cares very much about the company and the customer satisfaction they offer airport rate discounts senior discounts student discounts and you live in the ghetto they also give you a discount I understand that single mothers sometimes don't have all the money so they easier going on letting them pay a high price if needed to be that will never be because electric city does have the best rates

Just called and in the middle of saying "hello I need a taxi at" the dispatcher hung up in my face and didn't answer the subsequent redials I made.

The trip to my local grocery store used to be 8.50 and all of a sudden changed to 10? Depending on which dispatcher you get is how you are charged, which is clearly fraud as you are supposed to be using the damned counter instead of calling dispatch to ask for rates.

Your vans are falling apart and are rancid. Just declare bankruptcy and stop treating people like shit just because you don't want to do your job. You guys used to be reliable, but now you don't even care - typical trickle-down management type business, never reinvesting into the business just so you can watch everything crumble while you steal from consumers without earning it.

Vehicles require repairs and maintenance, dispatchers need to answer their phones and do so respectfully, your drivers need to use their mileage counters and stop asking dispatch for fake rates.

Your driver base and consumer base left because you didn't follow standard business practice.

Everytime i call electric city taxi they are on time and very polite. I will be calling them everytime for now on.

Rude and disrespectful. One of their drivers just went past my house doing 60+mph in a residential neighborhood. This guy is going to kill someone's kid. Unbelievable.

Asked for a cab and asked how long bc I had a timeline to be where I was going dispatch said as soon as possible didn't give me a time and hung up.

The WORST taxi company in the Capital District! I have used them for my customers on many occasions and they are not only rude, but extremely unreliable (sometimes they don't even show up). Do your best to FIND ANOTHER COMPANY unless you enjoy being treated like you and your time don't matter.

I have been using Electric City Taxi since its beginning. The vehicles are always in good working order, their name and logo clearly visible, respectful drivers and clean interiors.I have had nothing but positive experiences with Electric City. They are prompt, friendly and accommodating. Through the years. I have become quite fond of some of the drivers and look forward to seeing them which makes the ride much more enjoyable. Truth is I can't say enough good things about this company and would never consider riding with anyone else.

This company is a thief, I call for a cab, they told me 10 minutes, I ask do they take debit card long story short she did not send a cab, they refuse to refund me my money after taking my money off my card. Worst cab company I ever came across

after waiting about 45minutes for this taxi, pregnant and already later for my Dr appointment, the taxi driver waited until I get into his car to tell me he cannot take me to my appointment util he drop of someone then he have to do another pick up then take me to my destination. Ad I objected, he stopped the car & let me out without taking me to my Dr appointment

Horrible company. Had a cab come to pick up me and my 3 kids from Walmart and he picked up another 2 single customers, then waited an hour for another van to arrive and it was filled already. Use any other company!

Worst ride ever car was filthy driver smelled of something unclean... Would rather walk next time.

DO NOT use this company!! I have in the past; and on every separate occasion was charged a very different price going to the same destination every time. My fares have ranged anywhere from $9.50 to $15.00 for slightly less than a 3 mile ride. It all depends on whatever dispatcher is working at the time you call, and how much they feel they want to charge you; which is for the most part significantly more in price than other local companies. If you call at night, there is one female dispatcher in particular who always charges the highest amount possible. I was even hung up on at one point when making a follow up call to see if my ride was on it's way. This was after having waited well beyond a reasonable time period for the taxi to arrive. I will have to say however that the drivers are courteous for the most part. In any case, I'm done with these people!

I was in a pinch at almost midnight on Sunday. Called ET after a quick YP search. The taxi was there in less then 2 min. James, my driver, was friendly and spoke English! Had a great convo about local Otalian eateries on my way home to Burnt Hills. There price was very fair, too!

Needed a taxi fast. They said they could pick me up in 10 minutes. "10 minutes?" I asked.... "Yes, 10 minutes" they said.... Still standing in the cold 60 minutes later, luckily I had found a ride by then. Nice work.

Great service. New company doing well. I will NOT call anyone else. Good company to use, helpful.
