Sears Parts & Repair Center

They answer the phone; put you on hold, and then after 12 minutes, I get a disconnect. I call back SEVEN more times, only for the phone to ring, and then disconnect - and this is over a period of two hours. I call the Sears Store, across from the Repair Center, and no answer when I choose the Dept., when I choose the Operator, when I choose the Manager, and then it disconnects! This really illustrates how completely incompetent and messed up Sears really is.

Then I finally get an Operator, and, believe me, that is by chance. He then gets the Manager of Lawn & Garden, who is a pushy, aggressive person, who I know when she was at a Sears Hardware (non-Sears owned) store, where I had issues with her. And, now, she appears as manager of Lawn & Garden at a major store. AMAZING! The manipulative ones that serve Sears purposes get kept, and put into positions where they can push customers around. NICE COMPANY! That says it all.
