Frog Painting & Carpentry

This company was contracted to stain 22 decks in my association. After months of trying to get them to come out, they stained 11 of the decks with the wrong product and color! When this was brought to their attn. they said they would correct it and do the remainder in the correct product and color. After repeated calls they stated they quoted the wrong price in our contract and wanted to charge us additional money for the correct stain. After repeat calls, letters and fax requesting the deposit to be refunded, They refuse to call us back. We have contacted the B.B.B. on the same day we finally got a call that said that they had discussed this refund before and he ( the owner) thought they had agreed upon sending us the refund but he just needs to run it by his attorney first and he would let us know shortly. This was 12 days ago and still nothing. Very disappointed in this service.



We are a small association and the home owners had to vote to approve a special assessment based on the product we all agreed on.
