I just wanted to thank Rishad for everything he has helped us with over the last couple of months. He spent quite a bit of time learning the ins and outs of our business. This is something we noticed with prior consultants, their lack of a fundamental understanding of our industry. Thankfully with Rishad we never has that issue. Our experience with CBS has need nothing short of positive. The last few weeks has shown us that over the last few years we have been running incredibly inefficiently. While our revenue has been steadily increasing our margins and in the end profits have been flat. We are basically treading water and because of our inability to properly track in realtime we never noticed. Lawrence was able to help us implement real time tracking and inventory management.
