Solid company that helped us out in one of our most pressing time of need. I always felt like they had a vested interest in our success and not just billing us for profit.

From my perspective I feel like they brought value and professionalism. They helped me figure out some issues we were having with communication between our different departments. The reporting we have instituted since they left alone was worth the money.

Took a while but I was finally able to find a company that could help me fix some of the issues we have been having over the last two years. I recently took over a family business only to learn that I was taking over a failing family business. I was referred to CBS by a longtime friend who had helped them out of a similar bind. Not getting to specific I can say that without their expertise and guidance I would not be in business today.

We hired this company to help our in house accounting staff with some issues that have been plaguing us for almost TWO years now. This company bills hourly so you need to make sure your staff can keep up and not waste time or it will get very costly very quickly. Billing issues aside the person that was sent to work at our office knew what he was doing and was able help our internal accounting team get passed the reporting issues and even implemented some new systems to make our lives easier going forward.

The first person we had sent over did not work out but they showed us how truly committed they were to our success they sent over a more senior consultant. You want to make sure whomever they send over is a good fit because they will be spending quite a bit of time working out of your office.I am glad they listened to our feedback and rectified the initial issue because the woman they sent over to replace the first gentleman was nothing short if amazing. Only gave them a 4 star because of the initial issue but otherwise it was a very positive experience.

Before working with CBS I had nearly given up hope that we could once again be profitable, or that I had any power to be successful. After working with George for the last several weeks I am convinced that I can be successful, and we can be profitable.
