I have been using this company for 5 yrs. their service is exceptional, the drivers are polite and courteous.I would recommend them at any time.

I would not recommend this limousine service to anyone. They did a good job of taking me to the airport and getting me their on time. However on the return trip the driver was more than 20 minutes late after I had called the limo service way before I picked up my bags and yet he was still late. However when I first call the limo service to ask about price they quoted me $75.00 dollar for one way trip to the airport. I gave the limo driver a tip to the airport and after I came back from the airport with A1 Limo service while the driver was really late and after taking me home I soon found out they had the tip included into the fee. The cost $150.00 to and from the airport and $34.00 additional for the gratuity tip which was never express to me not once when calling about the quote initially. Had I known about there was a gratuity fee added and which was excessively high i would not had use this service. I really felt deceive about them not informing me about the hidden tip. Also the driver did not dress professional he is dress like he is going out to a sporting event. Furthermore the limousine they use are outdated and the cars are really old. I called A1 American Limo to express my displeasure and they were pretty much calling me a liar by saying they told me about the gratuity which they didn't and nor did they try to fix this so the customers service sucks as well. I would not ever use this limo service ever again and won't recommend this to anyone. If you want to come off from a long trip and you are very tired and have them pick you up late and a surprise tip than this service is for you.
