Do not go there. People are not knowledgeable at all. They might know how to change components, but don’t know how to get them working. At least in my case. I needed my new tires to put by someone so I called them up since they were local. I mentioned to them that one of my TMPS sensors was not working. A fried of my tested the wheels and advised me that one of them use bad. Prestige agree to change the sensor and reprogram it so the TMPS light would go away. Prestige replaced my tires balanced, alignment, and 2 TMPS sensors changed ($140 for TPMS Sensors). According to them both were bad. After paying few hundred dollar for their services, driving home my TPMS light come in so I called them, they advised me to come back. I made appointment for next available Saturday and was driving with the light on for almost a week. I left my car second time with them and went home. Hour later I received a call from Prestige Auto saying that TPMS light was off when they turn the car on. Immediately I was saying to myself BS, light was on all week. I walked to the place and asked them if they reset the light, they said “NO”. I told them that if the light was coming back I will drive back immediately. I took the car for spin, only 10 miles and light come back. I immediately went back to them (3rd time for the same thing) they told me that my TPMS monitoring system is “defective”. I called Honda dealership and they were asking me if the mechanic run relearn mode. Each sensor need to go through it in order for car computer to accept it. You can GOOLGE this stiff about relearning for TMPS for Hondas so I don’t need to explain it. Prestige Auto told me that they can try another of their scanners to reset it, but they don’t have it right now, and they will give me a call in a day or two. I NEVER got call back from them after that. Frustrated I decided to go to Honda dealer and have them check this. Honda had to replace both sensors that Prestige Auto replace because they used cheap aftermarket TMPS sensors and scanner would not read them properly. Honda mechanic called me to the shop and showed me how the process works. He reset it with a combination of Laptop that was hookup to the cars computer and handheld scanner. Prestige did not do that step. At the end I paid Honda for two new sensors ($150 both). Paid for the programming $150. Balanced two tires $40, but my light is gone for over two months now. I do not like to go to the dealer, but in this case the job got done by them with warranty. One more thing Prestige guys are nice at first, but they will get very defensive if you challenge them. They will try to prove you wrong even though they don’t know what they are talking about!

Overall

I went to this repair shop with a working car and a simple car inspection . after he touch it i had a check engine light and the car ran terrible ,with a failed inspection . I brought it to my friend who is a Mechanic and said he pulled a wire off the accelerator sensor. Don't trust this place

Prestige Auto is an outstandin...

Prestige Auto is an outstanding service facility. Service is prompt and courteous. Prices are reasonable. The owner (Pack) is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. They never perform unnecessary work. Believe me, this is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to.

Prestige provides outstanding service at a reasonable price. They take the time to fully explain what needs to be done and why. Just as important, they never try to persuade you to have unnecessary work done. The are honest and courteous people. I urge you to give them a try - you will not be disappointed!
