Yellow Cab

I tried to book a trip to pick my disabled brother up and take him to the Dentist which was 3 miles away from his home. First of all the app wouldn’t let me book the trip. Then I called the number and the woman that I spoke with was very unclear… But in the end she keep asking me how was my brother going to pay for it if I wasn’t there? I was perplexed because 99.9% of organizations take credit cards. In the end I was disappointed because I am used to using credit cards to pay for almost anything. With this company does not take a credit card up front.

It was a fast drive and they got me from the airport to wear I needed to go in a timely manner. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of how expensive it was but I understand gas prices are high and there are more costs than that to think about like insurance.

The woman who answers the phone was very rude... I was calling a cab for my boyfriend because his phone was dying she says well if he can call you he can call me and arrange his own ride. That was totally uncalled for.

Whoever answers the phone is absolutely RUDE. She hung up in my face. I will be choosing another service!

They do not listen at all to what directions I give them. What should have been a $7 ride became like $15 because he did not listen and decided to do what he wanted. The worst!!!

The absolute worst experience ever. I called to book a cab to be in Savannah for 9 p.m. tour and the cab never showed. I called back 3 times to see where the cab was and an incredibly rude woman answered the phone and hung up on me. I thought Savannah was extremely polite but not that woman. Horrible customer service do not use them. Absolutely disgusted.

I called Chris, the yellow cab driver we used the day before, for a 4:45 ride to the airport for a 6:30 pm flight. He called at 4 to confirm with me. At 4:55 I called to ask where he was and got no answer. I called the cab company direct and they said, "who's Chris?" Chris called back and said, "uh I got confused. I thought you said 5:30." Called the office for a different cabbie. They said they would send one. He never arrived but kept telling me 10 minutes or 3 minutes. Finally, at 5:30, we flagged down another cabbie who barely got us to our flight on time. Bottom line- this cab service SUCKS! When we got home I looked up the website to get a contact person to complain to and the website says all cabbies are independant contractors. That explains alot.

Called at 8:30 am for a 10:45 pick up that never showed up. After numerous calls, I finally got one at the house at 11:15 am. That delayed my 11:30 sugary since I did not get to the (15 minute ride) hospital until 11:30 so they put me at the end of the list for the day. Will never plan on them being on time !!

Very Reliable Cab Company, I use them often clean cabs ,Freindly drivers and although some need a little work great dispatch staff. But we all have to remember if you want respect you have to first give respect.

I called the night prior to my trip to schedule a ride to the airport. I called the morning of my trip to confirm my cab would arrive on time. At the appointed time, I called back and was told the cab was turning into my development (I am 3 minutes from the entrance). 10 minutes later, still no cab. I called back, they said he was in the neighborhood. I made several calls. The driver took a wrong turn, then he went past my street, then back past my street (although on the first pass, I explained he should turn at the new construction/dumpster/and red truck). He finally showed up 30 minutes late! I was told by the dispatcher it was because they were busy. My response was if you had told me that earlier when I called to confirm, I could have called another cab company. Next time, I will. I only made my flight because the driver drove well over the speed limit to get me there.

I called the night b4 to reserve a cab at 4:50am and I also called the next morning at 4:55am to see where the cab was and the rude, ghetto, unprofessional dispatch lady told me they didn't have any cabs out at the time and that she didn't have anything for me. I told her I reserved one last night and this rude woman asked me "why I wanna call 5 min b4 the time I need to be there"? Ok, are u serious. Why do I need to call and remind u to come and get me. So my girlfriend had to walk to work. Thank God she didn't get mugged or walking all alone in the cold to work. I will never use these guys again unless I have no choice. Very bad customer service and not a source of reliable transportation....As a business owner, I would never want a review like this posted so as a word of advice don't hire ghetto people...Thx Miss thing.....I'm sure ur boss is happy with u now....

I use this taxi service in Savannah Georgia often while traveling on business. I have found very reliable service with clean cabs and drivers. We have Yellow Cab in my hometown and its nice to ride with a familiar company,

I come to savannah on business trips and these guys are on time everytime. I pre arrange service via the web site and never have problems.
