Waterford Plantation

We lived their a little over a year. Let me do a run down of everything we witnessed/ know/or had happen while their.

* Referred our friends here. First night they had their moving truck vandalized.

*Our car was stolen right out infront of our apt.

* A friend had her car stolen after she took her stuff out to her car and turned it on. Went in to get her child and they stole it.

* Two people I met had their apts broken into.

* Also met another family who had their vehicle stolen twice. Apts says they dont take responsiblity for crime on property.

* Watch the owner yell at a resident at the pool because someone used his name. 8

*They have a pets must be on a leash rule, yet the owner lets his own dog run around.

*Same friends we had moved in. Apts came and took their chairs and kids mini trampoline and tore it and put it in the trash. When residents asked why, they said it was a fire hazard. NO WARNING.

*We have moved out becuase spouse deployed. They are now charging us for things that were wrong before we moved in.



I have been on the phone plenty trying to figure this out and have been basically told I have low cleaning standards.When I dont. Also while sayingI feel like I am to far away to defend myself. The owner said I guess you are to far away to defend yourself. Rude. I will also be file my complaints with the military.



They look all nice and sweet till you leave. They just want your money.
