        Overall

        The shop was clean but the septum Piercing I got done by them was messed up. The ring itself won't hold the left side ball in place because the grooves are messed up on the inside and this will be the third time I have to buy a new ball and they have made me pay for it every time even though they gave me a faulty ring.
