        Overall

        No wonder this house sat vacant for so long, lazy so called property managers! After multiple attempts to contact them to view a property unsuccessfully, I had to locate the property owner who then was able to get things rolling. Communication and manners is not their strong suits. After finally having a viewing. We paid our deposit and the onto scheduling the move in date I suggested a time, only to get the response "yew that's not convenient for me" seriously as much money as we are paying you and that particular time of day is inconvenient for you? Well Effingham is just out of the way for us, they why the heck to you take on the property to manage it?! Finally move in day. The one who met us for the scheduled move in time of 3pm which is what was only convenient for her! She stood and talked 2 hrs! Now we can’t get key to access amenities or the garage. After paying for 1 mth prorated rent then a full month and pet deposit they still show we owe for the month’s rent we have paid!

        Never again!

        This "property manager" unlawfully collected rent from a tenant then refused to send it to the property owner. Most unscrupulous business person I have ever dealt with. She gives all property managers and Savannah a bad name. If less than 1 star was a rating, Pam T Properties would not be able to improve enough to get that! DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROPERTY TO THIS CROOK!
