Terrible customer service from both Negrin and staff. 2 hour wait is typical. "consultations" last about 5 minutes. it really is just an excuse for a copay and billing. Seems to be writing a lot of information down during the so-called session except the only questions ever asked are "Medicine working?" "How do you feel?" Followed by nothing but a script. And you have to have the session to get the meds. Schedule conflict and you cant make an appointment....no meds even if the patient runs out. Today was last straw. Staff called to confirm appointment, except they had the wrong time. Argued with me that I was wrong. Basically told me to take it or leave it. I asked why they were arguing with the customer. The receptionist told me I better take a deep breath and calm down. Then finally accepted my time stating they had to double-book and b/c of me everyone would have to wait, and we were lucky to be a patient because there is a shortage of psychiatrist in Savannah. Later same day, found another Dr. and cancelled my child's appointment. I have never been treated this way. Nothing good to say.

Stay away from Dr. Arnold Negrin. He does not listen to you and when all the psychiatric meds start making you sick, he will just add on another med to mask SX or will abandon you as a patient if you get really sick and start complaining too much. He is very cold and uncaring. Also, he refused to fill out my disability paperwork when I became so ill that I could no longer work. He will take your money when you are doing good but will kick you to the curb during really bad times in your life and will not be there to support you. All he cares about is making money. He will talk to you 5 minutes, get you addicted to drugs like benzos, and just keep you coming back for refills. This is a very bad doctor IMO and I would not use him.
