        Had very bad experience w/ them. Shaved my dog down w/out asking me, (I knew he had to be), but bad job at that, had no idea who we were when we showed up even tho we made an "appointment", and almost gave me someone else's dog even when they said they weren't that busy! No wonder they are cheap.
