They do not guarantee their product and service. A friend of mine had them replace a windshield on her car. They did not properly replace the weather stripping and it started flopping in the wind as she drove. She called several times in which they promised each day to come out "tomorrow" to fix it. Eventually the weather stripping flew off of her car and now she has a nice big gap around her windshield. You can do great work, but not honoring your word when you say you are going to do something makes your company apear unreliable. She is very upset about her car and I felt it was important to rate your business so that others will consider her situation before counting on you.
