        Overall

        Very Unprofessional...

        I have been trying to cancel my membership for a while now. No one at the clubs seem to know how to help me with the cancellation. Just this past month, the took out almost $60 in membership fees. Whenever I call no one knows whats going on and no one can tell me how to fix it.



        I called the Better Business Bureau.. How can I give them -stars?
