24 Seven Family Fitness and Tanning Centers

I am writing about the 24 seven fitness club in Savannah ga in the Savannah mall very poor customer service . Don't join they gym the will have you trap in a contract and when you want to leave you can't and the management at this location mr sam Mitchell he is very very rude and have no customers service. So i give you my warning be carefull cause this is gym and everyone involved in it will be your worst nightmare....you have be WARN...

24 7 took over the locally owned gym down the road from me late in 2010. At first I was excited. Big name, franchise, it could only mean better things right? WRONG. Since they have bought the gym is has been neglected and is deteriorating fast. The treadmills are broken and have been for months. Each time I ask, they tell me the parts are on order and they will be fixed in two weeks. 1 machine has never worked, two have been down for the past 4 months and two more were down as of yesterday. The owner of the gym, Chris, avoids my calls and asks his poor staff to deal with the frustrations. A call today revealed that all new treadmills have been bought, however the staffer couldn't give me a in-gym arrival date for the new machines, and if history is any indication, they will not arrive for months. This location is a black mark on the 24 7 name and they will tell you anything they think you want to hear, just to shut you up. Disgraceful. I am encouraging all of my fellow gym-goers to call Chris as often as possible to voice their disappointment. Maybe if enough of us speak up something will change - maybe.
