        Discovery Church exists to honor God by developing committed followers of Jesus Christ who attract others to Him.Discover the wonder of worship. Discover the power of God's Word. Discover what we believe: We believe the Bible, as God's inspired and inerrant Word, is of final authority in faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16,17: 2 Peter 1:21). We believe, based on this word, in one God, existing eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit(Deuteronomy 8:6; Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 8:6). We believe God the Father created and sustains all things and saves from sin all who come to Him through Jesus Christ(Deuteronomy 32:6; Matthew 25:9; Ephesians 4:6; 1 John 5:1). If you're new to discovery.... Relax, you're among friends. We won't do anything to embarrass you or make you "stand out." Don't worry if you don't know the songs. They're easy to learn and we usually repeat them a couple times. If you don't feel comfortable singing, feel free to sit back and enjoy the music. Sit down during worship if you'd like. God is far more interested in our hearts than our posture. Please don't feel obligated to participate in the offering. The offering is for the regular attendees who consider Discovery Church their home. We would, however, appreciate it if you fill out the "welcome card" and put it in the offering plate. Worship is something we can do individually, but God places special importance on believers worshiping together. Sunday mornings at Discovery Church is a great place to come together to celebrate everything that is great about our God. We also take time to hang out with each other at the Discovery Cafe'. Break bread together (communion), worship together through music and singing, as well as spend time praying for each other. See our website for Sunday service times and the other programs we offer.
