They are not high pressure which I appreciated, and they did give me a pretty good deal. The car is in great condition, my mechanic even asked me where I bought it because it is in such good shape

These guys really took care of me, I couldn't be happier. I live in western mass and they had exactly the vehicle I was looking for, so actually ended up driving over three hours to look at and eventually buy the car. They were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me to make things easier despite the long drive. Great example is that I wanted to have an additional key made up for the car, so they worked with a dealer out in my area to get the key made up rather than making me drive all the way back out their way. I had a couple little things I wanted to have fixed up on the car and they took care of them no problem. I'm honestly thrilled with how well they looked after out business transaction. If I ever find myself in that area again, I would definitely head back.

When I pulled up to Auto house, I was surprised by how small the lot was. For such a small dealership, they pack in a lot of value. There is not a single car here that I would not have driven off the lot and been perfectly happy in. I was looking for something very specific though, a 2011 Audi S6, and they had a great car for me, well below Blue Book value. The employees Brain Jason and the owner Michael where extremely nice and very helpful. I never had a concern throughout the entire buying process and I am very pleased with my purchase. highly recommending Auto house for any one who is looking for an respectable honest dealer with a great selection of cars.

I was looking for a commuter car is my budget but had finally decided to take the chance and buy a new vehicle. I knew I wanted to shop locally therefore I sent off e-mails to local dealers in Saugus/Malden and the folks at this shop responded quickly & warmly and answered the many questions that I had for them. Now I am not waiting anymore for the other dealers to respond back. When we walked on the lot, there were no high-pressure pushing sales people attacking us as soon as we stepped foot on this shop. We casually walked up to a sales representative and asked for Alan, the rep that had assisted via the web. Unfortunately he had left for the day but Mo assisted us for the rest of the purchase. He answered our questions, let us know all the options available and was there for every step of our buying process. My cousin Rayan has been taking his car there for several years and has been very pleased with the way that they have taken care of him and his car. I'm happy to say that the sales department made the purchasing of a new car just as pleasing. I recommend this shop for finding healthy affordable vehicles.

I have been using Auto House USA for about 7 years now. I am very fussy about my carss and the quality of paint work must be factory like or better. I simply can not tell when Auto House USA has refinished a panel or fixed a small fender bender.

My wife and I had been looking into getting a quality used car with loow miles at a good price for about 2 months until we stumbled on this family owned dealership. I was not actually with my wife on the first day when she first found here, but I came the next day to test drive and I am so happy I did. We worked with Alee (or Ali, I'm not sure) who was very professional, honest and easy to work with. He told us what car needed and offered to fully service it before our purchase.



Yesterday we came back to check out the car and to see that all repairs were made. Everything was all set... there was just one thing they did not have time to fix, since we wanted the car soon, but they were happy to get us an estimate so we could get it done ourselves I would highly recommend Auto House USA to anyone that is looking to get a quick, low-price gouging, honest deal.

We Love Auto House. We were in the market for another car and wanted to buy a good quality, reliable, luxury type SUV without breaking the bank. We found our 2004 Acura MDX at Auto House. It was in showroom quality condition. It's obvious that they look for the best of the best. It was also the least expensive in the area with the least amount of miles. During the warranty period there was a need to have the brakes and a strutt addressed. Auto House took care of everything without the usual hassle that you find at other dealerships. Pricing, financing, experience, product, service and repair....All Top Notch. Mike, the owner, even made a trip all the way up to Amesbury, with our loan paperwork. Mike, Brian and the rest of the staff are Customer Service Superstars. We are already recmmending Auto House to all of our friends and family.

I recently bought an SUV from AutoHouse USA and I am absolutely thrilled. it had some scrathed rims that they made look like new & helped me get financed when no one else would. a few months after i took it home i hit a curb and blew a tire and bent a rim. They helped me get a new tire at their cost and sent me to a great repair place that charged 1/2 of what the Acura dealer wanted to charge for the same work! Its nice when you can go back to the place you bought the car and not get turned away. I plan to go back when next time.
