Saratoga Hybrid Cab

Driver had a bad attitude and the fare was outrageous; $50 for a 8 mile trip. Upstate NY needs Uber.....

Promised a rapid (10-minute) pickup.
Waited over 40 minutes. Waited on hold for over 15 minutes trying to get a hold of dispatcher. Dispatcher was extremely rude and unapologetic when I finally was able to connect.
I would recommend avoiding this service.

Clean Cars. Friendly Drivers!! I am so glad they take credit cards. Honest and on time!

Awesome service! They now have 3 cars. Eco-friendly, locally owned, and cheaper than the regular cab service - what more could you ask for? My driver arrived on time in a clean Prius.

I unfortunately do not drive, so I find myself in cabs more often than I'd like. Saratoga Hybrid Cab is less expensive than Saratoga Taxi or Capitaland (and the cars won't set on fire while you're in them). They're very clean and TRUE non-smoking cars, and they're always on time!

We used this taxi on NYE this year for a ride home. This was the cleanest taxi service, and he was so polite. It was also considerably cheap ($15 as opposed to the $28 we had to pay from saratoga taxi to get to the same route) Wonderful experience and the driver was very friendly. I believe his name was Bobby.

Great service and very customer friendly - could stand to have more taxis available, but considering the fact that they don't price gouge like Saratoga Taxi does, they get 5 stars from me!

Great cab company. I arranged a trip to and from Saratoga Springs ahead of time and Byron arrived promptly for both legs of the trip. Byron was friendly and professional. We got a chance to ride in both vehicles (they now have a hybrid SUV in addition to a Prius) and both vehicles are in great shape. I will definitely use Saratoga Hybrid in the future. Since they only have two vehicles, though, I think it makes sense to arrange your trip ahead of time.
