I've been taking my car to Marion Ave. Mobil for 2 years now for maintenance. They have always been accommodating to me, explained what they were doing and did it in minimal amount of time. I was always wary of taking my car to stations for work being a senior who knows nothing about cars. I was always surprised at the amount charged, fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They made a mistake and charged 2 of my cards (claiming one was denied) for a replacement radiator and now 3 days letter I'm having trouble getting the money reversed on my card. I have to go through all this red tape, phone calls to corporate office and more to "possibly" get my money in the next 5 days otherwise it will be longer. What took them less than a day to take without red tape or hassle now cannot be returned the same way and to top it off, my car is still overheating and can't be driven and they want to "check it out" because it may need something else...right, they'll slam me for more charges plus more labor for an area they were already in....a conscientious mechanic would have looked at all avenues when dealing with a car that is more than 5 years old to provide all around customer service. These guys want to try and nickel and dime you and have you go through hell to correct their mistakes while taking your money with a smile.
