Gennaro's Pizza Parlor

I don't know what the last person was talking about but I do understand that not everything is perfect. I've had their pizza on 4+ occasions now and every time it has been absolutely delicious. I'm sorry the other person did not have the same experience. But one time does not a pizza store make. There are other items such as dinners and subs that were very good as well. I always try a new place at least twice before I make my final determination. Tried at least five times so far and ready to order tonight as well.

A new pizza place opened in town and I ordered a cheese pizza and drove home w/ it after going to the chiro. Came home and opened the box to this diddly darned monstrocity. Basically the slices were 25% cheese and 75% sauce on pizza. Duh. Because that's exactly what you want when you order a cheese pizza: floppy crust soggy with sauce and almost completely bare of cheese. This was 14$. I don't know how cheap the owners of this store I ordered a cheese pizza. Not a goddamn sauce pizza with small patches of cheese haphazardly and carelessly thrown at it. I don't know what the frick frack is going on in the kitchen but I imagine they just hang the pizza dough on the wall and sling toppings at it like a Jackson Pollock painting. This is some real Gordon Ramsey's restaurant nightmares horsecrap. This pizza is more horsecrap than the back stables at the race track in August.

If I wasn’t already home (all the way in Wilton) I would have brought this pizza right back into that store and thrown it at them. I don’t know who made this but this is friggly fraggle inexcusable and if it wasn’t ten miles away and I wasn’t in horrendous pain I would driven right back there and demanded a full refund and compensation for all the gas I wasted having to drive back. I am so angry I wasted 14$+gas on this piece of crap pizza. I wouldn't feed this to my cat. There needs to be a a negative stars rating. Don't order the pizza here. I don't know what the good reviewers on this page are smoking or if they're paid reviewers or just dummy accounts but a picture is worth a thousand words and all of the words are “stay away” 500 times over.
