For years I have chosen to rent from this family owned business over the big name competitors. I prefer to support our country's small businesses. Their cars are always new, clean, and reliable as well as priced competitively. Additionally, they've always been really accommodating of my schedule regarding pickup and drop off. I would highly recommend.

I rented an auto for five days. Upon returning it, after the check in, the little guy(sure could usemsome people skills) informed me I owed an additional 32.00 for mileage. Apparently I had signed something. Guess I'll have to lose my vanity and start wearing glasses. I plan onrenting an auto 5 days each month for the next year. But, not from these folks.

Aside from the fact that it wasn't a very good deal for a poorly maintained car with very limited mileage allowance, the owner (?) was very rude to me because I expressed a desire to rent an American made car. When I expressed my wish to rent a domestic car, he made a very sarcastic comment and proceeded to make ridiculous assertions like all domestic autos are garbage and that Korean makes are vastly superior (contrary to my experience I assure you). Regardless of his poorly informed opinion and very narrow experience, I feel he should have just shut-up and gave me what I asked for.
