I know it is not a big order for you so all the more reason for the thank you. There will be lots of folks who will have the same problem and I would have no problem recommending you. Myself and my wife had Interior Floors LLC out to quote for new flooring at a salon in Bradenton FL. They gave the quote and we accepted it. The work needed to be done between closing time on Saturday and Monday night. Late Saturday night they called me saying they had found a problem and that the floor under the existing laminate was in poor condition and it needed to be leveled with compound. They could have checked this at any time before giving a quote. I was told if I didn't agree the extra $2000 fee on the phone there and then that they would walk off the job leaving the salon with its existing floor ripped up. We had already paid a deposit and the salon was like a building site. My wife was crying and I was over a barrel I had no choice. Joe Horner the owner emailed me a contract to sign on the Sunday and they refused to start the work until I had signed it. We were completely manipulated out of this $2000. The didn't even do the extra work !! Other reviews are fake IMHO

Hi Joe, I wanted to send you a quick e-mail to thank your company for the great work at mom's house yesterday morning. Abel and Uber did an excellent job. They were very efficient, professional, polite and took great care in their work. Mom was so happy when she saw the finished product for the first time that she crossed herself and smiled for 15 minutes straight. And I haven't seen her smile much since I got down here. I think she finally sees some "light at the end of the tunnel." Abel walked her through the entire area and showed her the work they accomplished, and she was happy to see how easily she could traverse the carpet with her walker. She's already fallen in love with the color of the carpeting. Throughout the day she kept going back to the doorway to just look at the room. We want to take the opportunity to mention the excellent service we received at Interior Floors. Joe was most helpful with his advice on helping us to choose tiles and carpeting for our floors and was very precise in all details relating to installation, grouting and finishing. He was always available by phone with any questions we had. His staff were extremely professional and attentive and did not hesitate to call us to make sure everything was going to our exact specifications. They levelled up parts of the floors which were uneven before laying the tiles and took pride in their work. The carpet installer also did an excellent job and insisted we check all the carpeted bedrooms before he left. He was in and out in a matter of hours. We could not be happier with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Interior Floors. R & B.

Our new construction project was extremely involved, particularly the 5 custom baths & showers. Glenn and the entire staff at Interior Floors was attentive to every detail of the installation. We would HIGHLY recommend working with Bryan at Interior Floors. He went out of his way to order us additional samples. We received our backsplash tile in on time as promised (which usually doesn't happen!). Bryan worked with their rep to make sure that this happened. He even had the tile sent overnight to make sure that our contractor had it on time. He went above and beyond with keeping us updated and insuring us that we would get it. Bryan is very professional and knowledgeable and if we ever need any other products we will definitely be using him again. Great job, Bryan!
