We promote and encourage those rights with every one of our clients.We are dedicated to bringing "Respect" and "Dignity" to the assistance of older adults in their activities of daily living, in the comfort, privacy and security of their own home. How Are We Different? We CARE: we listen ... we hear ... we engage older adults in conversation and reminiscing. We ENABLE older adults to live at their maximum level of independence. We PROVIDE a safe haven for older adults. Our non-confrontational "Validation Therapy" practice helps older adults -- especially those with dementia -- live a normal lifestyle. We are locally owned, started in 1996 by Mary Ann Hanson.

What We Do: Meal planning, shopping and preparation Light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes Assistance with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene Socialization and companionship Transportation, escorted outings and errands Pet and plant care Incontinence care Transfers Medication Reminders We are available 4 hours episodically to 24 hours, 7 days a week or any combination in between. We provide flexibility to ensure our clients and their families have the support they need to remain at their maximum level of independence. Our 300 plus Geriatric Resident Assistants are trained in conditions of the elderly, bringing dignity and respect for the client into the homes as well as being insured, bonded and covered for workers compensation, plus all taxes. *We Offer: Free in-home needs assessments Fast track assessments by phone or fax Ability to start service with 2 hours notice Emergency phone answered by a staff member 24 hours a day Referrals to other resources and organizations Who Can Benefit From Our Services?
