Chris arrived as scheduled. Well attired and with all the tools and equipment required to carry out the service (including shoe covers so no mess in the house at all). All the way through the job he explained each aspect in detail and answered all of my questions in laymans terms which is refreshing. Well done Chris.

Juan and his colleague Nolvin were tireless workers, doing the work, ensuring the quality, and all amidst some other vendors in the house !?!, hot weather!?! and the normal challenges of redoing duct work and insulation and a new unit. They worked many long hours on our project, and we appreciate it.

Chris was very professional. His ability to explain, as well show the problems in my unit, was appreciated. He did such a good job, I signed up for a 2 year contract and requested his services only. He was NOT a "high-pressure", pushy salesperson. They never get my business! You are very fortunate to have this type of professional on staff.

Chris C. presented himself very courteous and very respectful. This was my first time using Custom Climate, I would not hesitate to use the company again. He identified the problems he observed and presented them to me via pictures from his phone (he had to go into the attic) before and after. He also made sure to clean up behind himself - I sure liked that. Great work Chris!!

Mike Taylor and Rocky Benkert were excellent workers, worked non stop until the job was done (7 hours) Very knowledgeable,very polite,courteous,and advised me of duct problems that needed attended to during the installation of my complete new 3 ton unit and condenser.Would certainly recommend them as your service team if you are lucky enough to get them.Thoroughly satisfied with the work they completed .

Sonny, the technician was punctual, efficient, explained things clearly, was thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He followed up with people in the office when we needed help with paperwork. He left the work area at least as clean as he found it.

Rodney-Just a brief note to thank you for sending Rocky and Mike to do the reinstall of the air-handler on our air conditioning unit. The old unit had simply been placed on the old supply and return boxes . Watching Mike and Rocky work on the new unit was a real pleasure. In the first hour, they removed the old machinery and constructed the new larger boxes as well as securing the coil / drain pan so the pitch gave rapid and adequate drainage. As they were preparing to place the new unit directly under the ceiling, increasing the pitch of the main drain line, they discovered our ducts were degraded as well as inadequate for the 4-tons of air we were moving. They obtained larger, better insulated, ducts and Mike removed the old and ran the new under extremely stressful heat conditions in the attic space. Both men remained cheerful and engaging throughout their difficult task, This was done at minimum cost to us under your warrantee. Thank you all for your help.
