Best Nails

Overall, I Kathleen Richards am looking for friendship in a nail place. I personally know Cindi (Heron's Run Apartment Manager) who does business with this nail technician who lives in the housing development. I would like to take a dip into the pool with all of these people and have Taylor give me unlimited polish changes. This would be like being included in New York Life. I would like the nail salon to be like the show "Friends", but with chocolate instead of coffee. Thanks!
