This is achieved by placing 4-6 implants upon which Dr. Wilson affixes a custom-made denture. The denture is firmly attached to the jaw by way of the implants and can only be removed by a dentist. There are no adhesives, no maintenance, and patients are able to chew food the way they did with their natural teeth.
