Kiwi Preschool & Childcare

Kiwi is a wonderful daycare and preschool. Our LO has been attending for a little over a year. Our lead teacher is wonderful. She is new and learning to apply her education but what she lacked in experience she made up in effort, willingness to learn and ENERGY plus the owner is very hands on and all the teachers help each other. A curriculum is set each month for the school and then taught as applicable to each age level. It is understood that at this age children learn through play and they are simply learning how to be human beings. My LO always has a new song we are singing that she learned from school. Extra-curricular activities, soccer and gym. Both instructors great. There are student evaluations every year but I am discussing some matter with all the staff on a daily basis and also have a longer meeting about every 3 months to discuss my LO intellectual, emotional and physical growth . This makes sure there is a consistent environment between school and home.

2 of our 3 boys have attende Kiwi and we couldn't of been happier. Kiwi provides a nurturing and loving environment where all the kids feel safe and loved. The staff are very personable and professional at the same time. A++

When my husband and I set out to find a preschool for our two children...we had no idea what to expect. I have been very blessed in being able to stay home with my children the past few years; however, I am ready to go back to work and this was a very big decision for us. It can be quite overwhelming searching for a school to entrust your 2 and 4 year old with.

From the moment we visited Kiwi, we had such a great feeling about the care our children would receive. We were thoroughly impressed with the facility and the teachers. The director, Michelle offered us a tour of the school and invited us to watch a little of the preschool program that was taking place during our visit. The teacher was so engaged with the students and they seemed to love her.

We brought our kids back for a second visit and met Huia, the owner. She was amazing with our daughter, who was quite shy.

Our kids have absolutely loved Kiwi and My husband and I could not be happier with the school. I offer my strongest recommendation for Kiwi!

My experience with Kiwi Preschool has been nothing short of excellent!!! I have never once felt an inadequate amount of staff were on duty at any time! When an issue arose recently we were treated with respect and courtesy!!! I would recommend this school to anyone looking to provide their child with a solid academic foundation, respect for their peers, and Kindergarten readiness! The topics studied each week in circle and project time include everything I would like my child to be exposed to and more; our daughter has even taught us a thing or two which is pretty awesome coming from a 4 yr old!!! The teachers are professional, friendly and treat my daughter with respect and love. We feel like they are our extended family! My daughter is starting off her school experience on the right foot which was our hope all along! Thank you Kiwi teachers!!!!!

Way to many kids for the staff on duty at one time. When a serious matter comes up with the children they will try to sweep it under the rug.
