        Rebecca Sagall, CMT found the importance of balancing relaxation with injury treatment in every massage session early in her career. Her massage invites her client to let go of all thoughts, allowing the muscles to unwind, and giving the injury space to heal. Trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Sports Massage, Pre- and Post-natal, Stretching, Neuromuscular Techniques and Structural work, she also incorporates Thai, Lymphatic Drainage, and Hydrotherapy into her massage. She works with each client to create a unique plan that will restore them to their ultimate health, and help keep them there! Rebecca graduated from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy’s 1,000 hour program, one of the most in-depth massage therapy programs in the country. She is certified through California Massage Therapy Council and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
