Jason did a wonderful job getting me into shape and motivating me along the way. He sees fitness from a wholistic approach and is passionate about helping people that work hard.

Being physically active and in shape has always been a part of my life. Building and maintaining a beautifully shaped and well-toned body requires dedication to a regimen of cardiovascular exercise and weight training; along with compliance to a healthy diet. I began to find my workouts not only become boring and mundane, but I found myself having to work harder in order to achieve the same goals. It was becoming tougher to stay in shape and I wasn't progressing in my training. For the first time, I decided to seek out a personal trainer. Given I had always trained myself with good results my criteria for a trainer was strict and the shoes looked like they were going to be very difficult to fill! I was very surprised and pleased when I found Jason.

When I started training with Jason, he helped me to change my eating habits. I eat so much more healthy now and as a result have better muscle definition to show for it and I feel better. The weight training helped me develop great definition and feel more powerful for my videos and for my photo shoots. I?ve gotten so many compliments from people in the music business and just friends and family. Jason absolutely cuts you no slack, but you feel great as a result.
