        I joined Fitness Together with little to no experience understanding exercise and how my body works. Needless to say, other gyms and programs were a little intimidating for me. From my very first session, Kelly and Fitness Together made me feel so completely comfortable! No question was too silly or too small. I always felt totally supported in my goals; I never felt forced into anything or unsure of what direction I was being led. Each session was personalized to the goals I had established - hand written and ready to go with my water and towel when I arrived - and the enthusiastic, down-to-earth atmosphere Kelly creates is second to none. Besides all of this, the work out rooms are perfectly equipped, always clean and ready for you to use. I can't say enough about my time with Fitness Together. They have truly changed my life!
