Good people to rent from and they also sell homes. I rented a house from them for a few years until I decided to purchase a home. When I told them I was thinking about buying a house, they hooked me up with online access to a real estate portal which showed all the houses that were for sale and it even sent me email notifications whenever a new home popped up for sale. If u are looking to buy a home or if u need a place to rent, I would definitely recommend contacting Silvera Properties.

I've rented two different properties from Silveira and I must say they are probably the best Landlords I have ever had. They treat everyone the same unlike some of the other local rental offices. They have always been real with me and if I have a problem with something they send a repairman over the same day and I like that. I recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY DISRESPCTFUL AND EXTREMLY RUDE! the property manager came by my home one afternoon walked up to my door as my husband walked outside to greet him, my husband proceeded by asking "good afternoon how are" and the first words out of this very unprofessional individual were "i am very unhappy with you letting your grass die" NO greeting NO professional intruductions NOTHING! he then starts to point out that our neighbors yards were not dead as if any of that had to do with us, my husband explained that we had shortened that amount of time that we were watering due to the "drought" he did not want to hear my husbands explanation and simply turned around and walked away as my husband was speaking to him...i received the phone call from my husband natrually livid that this had just happened from someone who is suppose to be a "professional" i then proceeded to call the property manager and sure enough he was being once again rude, disrespectful even over the phone and when i brought out that fact that we were in a drought and that contributed to our decreasing the water use he asked "well did you get that in writting in the mail that they passed a law like that" i am assuming he was simply being a smart a** at that point, he asked if i thought it woudl be better for him to have "written a letter" to put in my file, once again being a smart a**...we hung up and NOTHING was resloved NO apology was EVER given for his lack of professionalisim...THE FOLLOWING DAY WE GET A LETTER FROM A HIRED 3RD PARTY TO LET US KNOW THAT OUR RENT HAD BEEN INCREASED THE DAY AFTER THAT WE RECEIVED A LETTER THAT HE HAD PLACED IN OUR FILE COMPLAINING ABOUT OUR YARD! ALL THIS IN RETALIATION! VERY DISAPOINTED THAT A "PROFESSIONAL" WOULD CARRY OUT SUCH RETALIATION AGAINST HIS OWN TENANTS....very immature and so very much unnecessary:(
