        What a disappointment

        I selected this business based on the reputation of the original owner Don Miller. It wasn’t until later that I found out the he sold the business. At that point, I should have considered other options, but I thought I would go ahead and try them. That was a bad decision. After the installation was completed and multiple requests to fix things that should have been obvious to the installers I’m still not happy with the floors. The installers under cut all of my door jams to short and now I have to go back and have those repaired. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking the quality will be the same with the new owner.
