Green's Shower Door & Mirror Inc.

Well, let me start off with stating that the owner (Randy Green) was over two hours late arriving at my home. He never called to tell me he was going to be late. I wanted to purchase a new shower door for my master bathroom and the products that were offered were just plain unattractive. When you call a "custom" business, you expect to receive unique products. The doors that were offered by the owner were no different than doors one could receive at Home Depot for a lot less money.



I was not impressed with the owner or his products. It is obvious that it is a "family run" business in that the owner seems to lack professional experience in the industry. He had a difficult time explaining the installation process and how his products were worth the extra money. I then called a few other glass companies and found the staff and products to be superior to this company. I feel that you can tell alot about a company from the appearance of their staff and their knowledge of their product. Mr. Green needs to improve his professional appearance, demeanor and knowledge about his products.
