        Overall

        Today at the Rue 21 in Santa Fe, I encountered... nothing. There was nobody at the front. There were some customers near the back, but no employees. Finally, a girl in a store lanyard came from the back, bored and on her phone, none of the other customers or I were acknowledged. Finally, the girl talked. To one of her friends. Until I left. This is terrible for loss prevention, and business. I felt totally ignored and this alone is enough to make me never want to go back to any Rue 21 store. On top of everything else, the store itself was messed up. Clothes everywhere, nothing folded. The time before this, display with misplaced clothes hung on the back fell on me. I have nothing good to say.
