        Overall

        In the past, after taking 5 different vehicles to his garage, Glenn was very honest. However, something has changed and he has become a dishonest business person. Last time we took a vehicle to him, he charged us for parts that were not even replaced. Apparently, he must have started to think people are really stupid. Hope you enjoy the money, Glenn, because we'll never refer anyone to your business ever again. #chokeonit
