        Dougherty Realty, and specifically Clara Dougherty, is a liability regarding real estate transactions. My review of Ms. Dougherty's work is that she creates adversarial situations where none exist and she uses her contractual relationship with her clients to make autonomous decisions. Many competent realtors work in Santa Fe who do an excellent job representing their clients without resorting to power plays or ethically marginal activities.
